The Iconostasis carving and painting completed, the Artist proceeds to set up the scaffolding for the decoration of the Altar walls and vault.

Elĉizinte kaj elpentrinte la Ikonostason (Ikonomuron), la Artisto preparas la eŝafodon por plibeligi la Altarmurojn kaj volbon.

"Struggle for the Soul of Man"

According to the Artist:

"This sculpture depicts the forces of Good controlling the actions of man (by holding down his hands), and the forces of Evil keeping man from progress (by stepping on his feet). The Soul (seen in the center) is the energy that feeds the process."

"Ĉi-verko montras la lukton inter la povoj de la Bono (kiu klopodas regi la homajn agojn, starante sur la manoj de la homo), kaj tiuj de la Malbono, kiu klopodas halti lian antaŭenmarŝon (starante sur liaj piedoj). La spirito (videbla ĉe la centro) estas la energio igante la proceson."
